Each year the Midwest Club Calf Producers
purchase an animal in the Iowa State Fair Sale of Champions
and has the meat processed at the ISU Meat Lab.
They then host a raffle at the Iowa Beef Expo to win 4 quarters of beef.
The money raised goes to the Breed and Crossbred Division Champions and Reserves
that do not make the Sale of Champions at the
Iowa State Fair.
Tickets are $5 or $50 for a book of 12.
